Dr. Michael Kim isamazing! Heperformed mytriple arthrodesis surgical procedure and Iwent from chronic foot and ankle pain barely being able tostand for afew hours tonow almost completely pain free walking upto 12hours aday just 7months post operation! I’m even able towork outnow! The entire Family Foot Center team was sohelpful! Rosa helped mekeep myEDD and Work LOA paperwork turned inand updated. Front desk was always pleasant and informative aswell! Iwill always trust and recommend this office for myfamily and friends!!… – show

Bad experience contact your insurance before toknow your coverage and make sure you let your insurance know what you ought topay this place before paying and doing any xray.

This place ishorrible. Myhusband went and they told him hehad topay $400, hewas confused because itwas his very first appointment. Sohe called our insurance and they informed him that they already charged his insurance and gave adiagnosis and that heneeded MRIs and all this work..HUH!! This was the very first time hewent, how could they already becharging our insurance and saying they diagnosedhim. Then hecalled the person atthe Ontario office and she said that they had aright tocharge the insurance whatever they felt was necessary before seeinghim… Yeah they are doing insurance fraud. Ifyou been here before you better check with your insurance tomake sure they charge you correctly.… – show

I have had avery bad experience with another podiatrist ata different location for ingrown removal. The last place made several mistakes, rushed through myprocedure, and myingrowns came back with avengeance.
2weeks ago Icame here toget myprocedure redone. The doctor and staff were very friendly, paid attention todetail and slowed down towhere Iwas comfortable but not there for too long. The entire procedure (including filling out paperwork) was completed within anhour. Ihad ingrow
ns onboth sides ofboth big toes and they made 1injection per side done tonumbme, and before they numb you they spray some Chriospray tocool down the skin soyou don't feel the injections asmuch. This has been one ofthe best procedures Ihave ever had and Itypically don't like doctors very much due tobad experiences inthe past, but here Ifelt very comfortable.… – show00
